Clients may request cancellation of a project within 24 hours of signing the agreement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers planning and resource allocation.
2. Partial Refunds
Refunds for ongoing projects are calculated based on the unused portion of the development hours or incomplete milestones. If a project has moved into the "Final Deployment" stage, no refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that payments for the following are strictly non-refundable:
Cloud Hosting and Server Management fees.
Domain Registration and SSL Certificate purchases.
Custom Software code already delivered to the client's environment.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be sent to support@indiqpay.in. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original source of payment.
